All Nations Indian Church is led by Rev. Joan Conroy, Senior Pastor, and Dr. Kelly Sherman-Conroy, Associate Pastor. Both are proud members of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and bring more than 54 years of combined ministry experience in congregational leadership, community ministry, education, and advocacy.
Rev. Joan Conroy has faithfully served as an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) for more than 31 years. Her ministry has been shaped by a deep commitment to Indigenous communities, spiritual care, community building, and creating spaces where people can encounter God's love and grace.
Dr. Kelly Sherman-Conroy has served in ministry since 2003, with a particular passion for family ministry, Indigenous spirituality, healing, and justice. In addition to her work at All Nations, she teaches theology and religion, helping form future leaders for faith communities and society.
As a mother and daughter serving side by side in ministry, Joan and Kelly bring a shared commitment to faith, healing, and community. Together, they help guide All Nations as a place of worship, community care, belonging, and hope for Native people and all who enter its doors.
